CARRIAGE HORSES
AM-NY - May 12, 2006 There is nothing romantic about a horse-drawn carriage, at least not when you are aware of how inhumane it is to the horses. Horses get "spooked" for good reason! They are surrounded by loud noises, fumes, people and cars. Furthermore, from what I have read, these beautiful and intelligent creatures are forced to walk the streets at all times of the day and in the most extreme temperatures. --K.
