Just Say Whoa

Bronx: New Yorkers twice voted for term limits to make politicians more responsive to the people. Yet the greed of carriage owners and drivers - fewer than 300 people - outweighs the betterment of N.Y.C. Horse-drawn carriages do not belong on city streets in the 21st century. Ban this industry and end the cruelty.
